What counts as finished

It runs: a live URL (or an APK / web preview for mobile).
The core user flow works end to end: no “coming soon” screens for the main feature.
Source code lives in a public GitHub repo, ideally pushed directly from Forge.

Proof of platform use

Required. We check it during screening.

Your Forge project name / ID in the submission form.
At least 3 screenshots of Forge / Chat in your README.
A “Built with ChatterMate” section explaining which features you used and how.
